    On the front it says “ VICTORY LIBERTY LOAN” with an eagle and capital building.
    On the back it says “ MADE FROM CAPTURED GERMAN CANNON AWARDED BY THE U.S. TREASURY DEPARTMENT FOR PATRIOTIC SERVICE IN BEHALF OF LIBERTY LOANS”.
