    Description

    Presented by the Pennsylvania Railroad to employees who served during Wold War 1, this keystone shaped bronze medal is decorated with an image of a soldier, rifle raised in one hand, standing in front of Liberty on the front and is inscribed "Presented by the Pennsylvania Railroad Company to J. Cordray, an employee of the Pennsylvania System who served with the armed forces of the United States during the World War April 6, 1917 - November 11, 1918."  The medal measures 1 5/8 in. tall by 1 1/2 in. wide and is in excellent condition with its original patina and only minor wear.
